New build construction of a college

Built as a flagship training centre for the City of Bristol College, South Bristol Skills Academy provides a large range of facilities including a study centre, motor vehicle and construction workshops, professional hair salon and horticultural areas. The eco-friendly award winning building is part of the Hengrove Park development.
Our first fix works consisted of timber grounds, machining and fixing of removable service pit covers to the motor workshop and MDF window boards.
Our second fix works included machining and fixing of MDF inner and outer stair strings to the precast concrete stairs, beech Leaderflush door sets, internal screens, beech skirting and architraves, sweet chestnut timber cappings to the top of the terraces and stairs, kitchenettes, Pendock boxings and worktops cut to suit the circumference of the wall creating a computer work station.
Final fix works included various items of ironmongery, fixtures and fittings.
