Branwhite Close forms part of Bristol City Council’s major new build housing program, which is delivering over 140 new homes across multiple sites in the city. The program is focused on providing vital, affordable council housing that is safe, secure, and energy-efficient, transforming underused brownfield sites into sustainable new communities for families across Bristol.
The Branwhite Close scheme is being delivered as a design and build project and will provide 47 homes, including a combination of houses and apartment blocks. One of the apartment buildings incorporates retail space at ground floor level, helping to support local amenities alongside new housing.
Complete Carpentry Contractors Ltd is undertaking a comprehensive package of carpentry works across the development, working closely with the main contractor Stepnell Ltd, our team is focused on maintaining consistent progress on site.
